Brian is a graduate of Rhode Island College where he received a B.S. in accounting. He is an active member of the Rhode Island Society of CPAs and its Technology Committee, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commence.

He is experienced with many accounting software products and consults daily with clients addressing accounting, software, and hardware related matters pertaining primarily to the Quickbooks and Peachtree accounting software products.

Prior to his employment with the Firm, Brian was a Senior Information Analyst with the Bank of Boston.  He joined the Firm in 1996 and now has the responsibility of managing several of the Firm’s non-profit audits, as well as other accounting and technology engagements.

Brian is also an avid motorcyclist of over twenty-five years who enjoys many of the various forms of motorcycling on and off-road.  Brian resides in Harrisville, Rhode Island with his wife Donna and their daughters Sarah and Samantha.

Joe has an extensive knowledge and experience in the area of tax compliance and planning. He is responsible for addressing and researching tax related issues, especially those of family owned businesses and their owners.

Joe is experienced in the preparation of and tax filing requirements for non-profit organizations and foundations, as well as estate, gift, and fiduciary tax returns.  He also reviews and corresponds on all technical tax issues addressed by the Firm.

Joe resides in Bristol, Rhode Island.

Nancy is a graduate of Rhode Island College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.

Nancy is experienced in providing tax services to both individuals and family-owned businesses.  She has worked with clients in the legal and medical professional fields, as well as manufacturing and real estate.
